The singer, who appeared on the 2012 series, looks almost unrecognisable from when she first auditioned in front of Simon Cowell all those years ago.

Now Lucy has exclusively opened up to OK! about her decision to get a breast augmentation, and why she decided to be so open about it on her Instagram page, sharing before and after shots.
Speaking on the topic of being transparent about her surgery, Lucy said: “I do [think its important to be open about having surgery] especially if you have lost a lot of weight as you see people lose loads of weight and then just look banging, and that’s just not true.
“If you lose a significant amount of weight as a women it is likely that you are going to have loose skin.
“Loose skin is non-correctable, there is no loose skin saviour apart from surgery; that is a fact. I’ve got loose skin, hundred percent.”
The singer shared snaps of her topless torso, side by side, to show the results of her breast augmentation.
She explained that: “I shared the pictures of my boobs because we live in this world where all you see is the finished product.

“Like you see the cake that’s baked, you don’t see all the work that goes into it. I wanted to be really clear.
“When I told people I was getting a boob job, people were like ‘oh my god, what!’
“Everyone was expecting I was getting double Gs but all I wanted was my boobs back.
“Why does anyone give a s**t about other people’s body’s or what they choose to do with it?”
Now recovered from surgery, Lucy told us she has been “throwing herself into fitness” in this third lockdown.
The performer revealed her new healthy lifestyle began after she chose to be sober, saying: “I stopped drinking 18 months ago, just decided I don’t want to drink anymore.
“When I was six months sober I went to Vegas with my friends and everyone was getting wasted.
“The next morning after a big night out something just said you need to run, and I’ve never run in my life.
“So last January I went on my first run, then three weeks later I ran a 10k and a few weeks after that I did a half marathon… and I have not really stopped running since!”
Lucy’s new single Animal is out now on Cooking Vinyl, taken from her forthcoming album ‘Choices’ out on Feb 26th.
