Police investigating after woman left at hospital with gunshot wound
Police say a woman is in serious but stable condition after being left at the emergency room doors at Regina General Hospital.
Regina police are asking the public for information in the case of a woman who turned up with a gunshot wound Tuesday at a local hospital.
The woman was dropped off at the Regina General Hospital emergency room doors around 10 a.m. by a vehicle that then left the area, police said in a media release.
The woman was reported to be in serious but stable condition, with her injuries not thought to be life-threatening.
The incident is believed to be an isolated occurence, the release stated.
