A California man spurned by a female co-worker has been jailed for 2.5 years after putting his ejaculate in her water bottle, a jar of honey and on her computer’s keyboard.

Stevens Millancastro, 30, was obsessed with his co-worker, who he worked with in La Palma from 2014-17, and stared at her incessantly after she turned him down for a date, prosecutors said.

The woman reported the issue to her boss, who spoke to Millancastro. But his unwanted behaviour continued.

The co-worker then filed a formal human resources complaint, which led to Millancastro masturbating at work eight times in 2016 and using his bodily fluids to get back at her.

Millancastro put his sperm in her half-full water bottle, in a jar of honey she used for tea, and on her computer keyboard, prosecutors said.

Authorities said the woman unknowingly ate the tainted honey. When she noticed a “milky white substance” in her water bottle on several occasions, the wholesale business set up surveillance cameras to face her office.

In one video, Millancastro was seen entering her office, where she had found semen on her mouse when she touched it.

Millancastro was convicted Sept. 21 of three counts of assault and two of battery.

His lawyer, Michael Morrison, agreed that his client engaged in “highly inappropriate behaviour.” Besides jail time, he will also have to register as a sex offender.

During the trial, the woman testified that Millancastro had made her feel “very, very uncomfortable” and “disgusted.”
