Build arms without equipment with Jordan
This exercise helps to target your biceps.
Step 1: Sit down on the ground with your legs stretched in front of you and arms by your side.
Step 2: Wrap a towel around your right foot and hold both the ends with your hands. Your palms should be facing upwards.
Step 3: Suck your stomach in, lift your right leg above the ground and at the same time, curl your hands to target your bicep muscles.
Step 4: Again bring your leg back to the ground and relax your hands. Do 20 repetitions of this exercise and then switch your leg.
Jordan says that men might find it harder to perform this exercise as their hamstring is tighter than women. However, tighter hamstring challenges your body.
